D.S. by both Benito Mussolini (´Mussolini´) and Vittorio Emanuele III (´Vittorio Emanuele´) individually, at the foot, two pages, folio, Rome, 2nd December 1926, in Italian. The partially printed document, completed in manuscript, is issued in the name of the King following the aproval of granting the Italian citizenship to Federico Carlo Kirsch, born in Magdeburg, residing in Apriano, the proposal being presented by Mussolini, and the single article decree states that `Abbiamo decretato e decretiamo al Signore Federico Carlo Kirsch e concessa la cittadinanza italiana...´ (Translation: "We have decreed and decree the grant of the Italian citizenship to Federico Carlo Kirsch...") With various official ink annotations and stamps to the margins. Very few small minor stains to the upper part, otherwise G to VG
