Neatly housed within the original 8vo still folding card presentation folder bearing the logo of the Socialist People´s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, a Declaration of the Establishment of the Authority of the People, and several quotations taken from The Green Book. Signed by Gaddafi in red ink with his name alone to the left mount of the presentation folder alongside his photograph. VG
