GEORGE II: (1890-1947) King of Greece 1922-24 & 1935-47. George II had to live all sorts of difficulties, including three exiles, heading a Greek government in Exile, a coup d´état, the German invasion, etc.. He died at the age of 56 of arteriosclerosis leaving no heir. A fine bold black ink signature by the Greek King `George II King of the Hellenes´, to a 10 x 7 card. VG
