Radiguet states in part `Find enclosed two poems, ''The Rooster Waves its crest'' for the anthology stock, and ''The Prisoner of the Seas'' for the magazine….´, further saying `The article Irene forces me to often think in her and in you.´ A very rare letter after Radiguet´s death at the very early age of 20 of tuberculosis, which he contracted after a trip he took with Jean Cocteau.
