HARRISON REX: (1908-1990) English actor, Academy Award winner for Best Actor in 1964 for his role as Professor Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady. Two signed 8 x 10 photographs signed by Harrison, the first depicting the English actor standing in a three-quarter length pose in costume as Doctor John Doolittle in the 1967 American musical fantasy film Doctor Doolittle. The second depicts Rex Harrison in a close-up portrait pose, in a scene of the playwright The Kingfisher (1979) performed in New York alongside Claudette. Both signed by Harrison in bold blue and red inks with his name alone to clear areas of the images. Bearing at the base a Beckett authentication sticker. G, 2
