A vintage printed folio programme for a Broadway performance of the musical Bells Are Ringing, c.1958, in which Holliday starred in the role of Ella, signed by the actress to a full-inside photo page, the image depicting her in a head and shoulders pose. Signed in blue ink with her name alone to a light area at the centre of the image.
